Lettings Officer 

20 hours per week, 52 Working weeks,

30 days annual leave plus bank holidays   

Actual Salary £15,760 - £16,858 pa 

 
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a lettings officer to coordinate our community use lettings service.  If you are interested in being considered for this position you will need: 
 
  • Excellent organisation skills to successfully manage the weekend and evening lettings and holiday activities to enhance income and community cohesion for all schools within the Trust as well as external partner schools. Including marketing, manage bookings, coordinate duty managers, invoicing and debt chasing, ensuring that records are kept up-to date and available for staff review. 
  • Good communication and IT skills. 
  •  Innovative person with a positive outgoing disposition and a ‘can do’ approach. 
  • Acquire outstanding customer service to forge strong customer partnerships. 
  • Ensure that correct vetting procedures have been undertaken for new lettings.  
  • Strong ability to create and implement strategies to generate additional income for the Trust.  
  • Develop community, business links and sponsorship
